Breakfast Toasted Wraps

Serves: Makes 4 wraps

Breakfast Toasted WrapsIngredients

2 large, ripe organic bananas, chopped
2 ripe nectarines, stoned and chopped (you could use chopped pears, plums or canned apricots in natural juice if you prefer)
2tsp runny honey
4 flour tortilla wraps

Method

1. Mix together the fruits with the honey.
2. Place a griddle pan over a medium heat until hot.
3. Spoon the fruit mixture equally down the centre of 4 flour tortillas, fold in both ends to form a wrap.
4. Place the wraps seam side down in the pan and cook for 2 minutes each side. Remove from the griddle pan and serve warm.
