Organic Yorkshire Puddings

Ingredients

90ml organic semi-skimmed milk
60ml water
75g plainflour
2 eggs, medium
15ml horseradish sauce
oil, to line the tins

Method

Divide the oil between 4 large or 12 small Yorkshire pudding tins and heat in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the Yorkshire pudding ingredients together and whisk until smooth. Pour into the heated tin and cook for 20-25 minutes until risen and browned.
