Organic Avocado Soup

Serves: 4

Ingredients

Suitable for vegetarians
1 large avocado pear
450 ml milk
150g low-fat yogurt
Half a teaspoon of grated onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Half a teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and pepper

To garnish
single cream
chopped chives

Method

Peel the avocado, cut in half and remove the stone.
Cut into chunks and put in a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend for 30 seconds.
Pour into indicidual bowls and chill.
Sprinkle with chives and add a swirl of cream to serve.
